Safety, Quality and Project Management

We don’t bet on safety; we plan for it.

Sarnia Wolverine Manufacturing is proud of our record of being one of the safest mechanical contractors around. The Sarnia Lambton Industrial Education Co-operative has rated our health, Safety and Environmental Program at 100% Compliant and the WSIB calculated our CAD-7 Firm Performance Index at 1.00, the highest achievable.

Sarnia Wolverine’s behaviour based program looks at every work process according to health and safety policies, identifies and corrects any at-risk behaviours and proactively develops safety measures for their staff and subcontractors. Our Health and Safety officer evaluates the program continually, and trains all staff to levels exceeding government standards.

We continually source specialized Personal Protective Equipment and wear to minimize risk of injury or downtime.  No employee is permitted on a job site unless they have been fully trained on all safety aspects and are utilizing their protective equipment. Employees are also required to comply with our strict Drug and alcohol Policy. Focus in these areas enables us to maintain our high standard of safety.

Quality – it’s in our control.

We work hard at keeping up with the latest regulatory requirements and industry standards. We are accredited by the TSSA for the Fabrication and Installation of Piping Systems in Accordance with ASME B31.1 and B31.3 along with repairs or alterations to Pressure Vessels in Accordance with CSA B51 and NBIC NB23.
